Annual Networking & Golf Day
Friday, 9th December at the Medway Golf Club

This event brings people together from all around Australia for a fantastic day of networking set amongst an amazing backdrop with morning tea and lunch briefings, as well as a golf competition and then a dinner networking session as well.

You might recall that earlier in the year RapidContext asked you about the challenges you face in your workplace, with your workers, the type of work they do, and what tools or resources they need to help prevent work-related stress.

It has taken some time to pull the findings together, but they are pleased to be now in a position to share them with you in the attached report.

These findings have been essential to the design and build of the online suite of evidence-based tools that we have designed for supervisors and workplace leaders in the Victorian manufacturing sector. These tools have been specifically designed to support leaders to help prevent workplace injury and create psychosocially safe and productive workplaces.

The development of these resources is phase two of the three phase 4WM Project: Work, Worker, and Workplace Wellbeing in Manufacturing funded under WorkSafe Victoria's WorkWell Mental Health Improvement Fund. The Project focuses on the development of preventative measures that will foster greater psychosocial safety within workplaces

They are excited to share with you that their comprehensive online toolbox, comprised of videos, downloadable resources and interactive workplace assessments with tailored action plans is nearing completion. They will be looking to hold a formal launch event in the coming months and we will keep you posted on more details regarding this event as they become available.
